Description
The main aim of the Changing employment relationships, employment contracts and the future of work study is to contribute to the identification and description of changes in the employment relationship and in the contractual basis of employment over the 1980s and 1990s, and to assess the implications of these changes for workers and employers. The design of the survey of employed people aimed to provide a national sample of employed people in Great Britain that would permit comparisons with the results of previous large-scale surveys of employment issues.
